NOTES: Beloved by its extreme coloration of Blue and even sometimes a yellow belly, this surgeonfish is very hard to keep, do to its susceptiblity of diseases such as ich and lateral line infection. As juviniles, this fish is best kept in small groups of 3 to 5 , but as this fish matures its best kept singly unless provided the right amount f space for a group. Not aggresive unless there is more than one of same species in a smaller sized aquarium.
